We understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Therefore, refunds may be issued at the discretion of Xtra Clubs and on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to assess each situation individually to determine if a refund is appropriate.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details and the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond in a timely manner with further instructions.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
