Finnish sauna, ice baths, infrared sauna and steam room, at every club. Use all four in a visit or just the one you came for.

The facilities

  • Empty cedar-lined Finnish sauna with two tiers of slatted bench seating wrapping the corner and warm strip lighting beneath each bench
    90°C dry heat

    Finnish Sauna

    Tradition and precision combined for heat that heals and energises. Automatic water spray and air circulation hold the heat and humidity steady.

  • Bathing hall with four empty stone-clad cold plunge baths facing each other across a pale flagstone floor, with hanging ferns and a wall clock at the far end
    3°C to 14°C

    Ice Baths

    Two temperature settings, from beginner to advanced. Filtered, sanitised and monitored continuously to NSW Health regulations.

  • Two glass-fronted infrared saunas glowing red, each lined with timber and fitted with slatted heating panels and bench seating, opening onto a stone-tiled floor

    Infrared Sauna

    Where light becomes heat, and heat becomes healing. Saunas built to our own specification, for the right temperature and the right seat.

  • Empty steam room clad in dark grey stone with two tiers of bench seating, recessed downlights and a pale flagstone floor
    45°C, lemongrass

    Steam Room

    Warm, wet heat that clears your head and your skin. Set to 45°C and often infused with natural lemongrass.

This was my first time at xtra club so a first experience for me. I loved every bit of the experience , hard to say my favorite but going from sauna to ice bath topped it. have been coming to the new club in Manly since it opened, and I have been loving it. Not only is it well located, but it also offers everything you need to relax and decompress. All the staff are really helpful, but Evelina truly makes a difference. I have come across her twice at the club, and she always greets you with a big smile. She is patient and extremely attentive.
