XtraClubs Club Rules
For the comfort and safety of all our members, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines during your visit. Our rules are designed to ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful and respectful environment.
1. Quiet Space
Our club is a haven of tranquility, especially in the sauna and steam areas. Please keep your voice low and avoid loud conversations to maintain a peaceful atmosphere where all members can relax and unwind.
2. Shoe-free Zone
To ensure a sanitary environment, no footwear is permitted beyond the designated shoe-free zone. You will find a shoe rack designated for storing your footwear. Feel free to bring and wear indoor slippers within the facility.
3. Rinse between every station
Your cleanliness contributes to the health and well-being of all our members. We require that you shower before entering and between each use of the sauna, ice bath, and steam room. This practice helps maintain the highest standards of hygiene and comfort for everyone.
4. Respectful Behaviour
We are committed to creating a safe and welcoming environment. Aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Members found engaging in such behavior will be asked to leave and may face membership suspension or termination.
5. Phone Usage
To protect the privacy and peace of our guests, phone calls are not permitted in shared spaces. Additionally, we prohibit taking videos or photos of other guests without their explicit consent. Please use your mobile devices responsibly and with respect for others’ privacy.
