Northern Suburbs! We’ve heard your outcry to welcome XtraClubs to the opposite side of the Harbour Bridge, to bring back the sauna Manly culture.
It’s incredibly exciting then, to announce that an XtraClubs site will open its doors in Manly later in 2024!
This will be the second location for XtraClubs within a year. It’s proof that Sydneysiders are embracing wellness into their lives, and agreeing that it’s no longer a luxury, but a necessity.
Before we opened the doors of our Bondi Junction site back in April, the average cost for a Sydneysider to step into a sauna was $1.10 every minute. Our approach, providing affordable access to saunas through communal facilities, has shattered that average cost. The Eastern Suburbs have reacted overwhelmingly positively to our arrival, now we can’t wait to feel a similar warm reception from our friends in Manly.
What Will the Manly Club Look Like?
We plan to bring all the facilities you love from our Bondi Junction club, including a 30-person traditional (Finnish) sauna, infrared saunas seating up to 12 people, 6 ice baths and a 15-person steam room.
And just like at Bondi Junction, you can access these facilities through an affordable weekly membership.
This sauna Manly club will be unlike any other wellness centre in the Northern Suburbs. We’re working closely with a team of designers who envision the club as a continuation of the beauty that Manly’s natural scenes and buildings already offer. Inside the sauna Manly club, you can expect a beautiful, calming interior finish with a stunning white and blue aesthetic, similar to its sister location. And yes, just like at Bondi Junction, you can expect the tip bucket to feature in the Manly club!
We’re passionate about helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals, and the sauna Manly facility is the perfect place to do just that. We will provide saunas that create the ultimate relaxation experience, with temperatures soaring above 80° and humidity levels carefully controlled to ensure the perfect sweat.
Our Finnish sauna at Bondi Junction is the largest in the Southern Hemisphere, so rest assured, Northern Suburbs, we’re planning something special for the sauna Manly experience too.
