Staffed Hours, Risk and Emergency Situation Policy

Staffed Hours & Risk Overview:

  1. Unstaffed Hours: Xtra Clubs operate with unstaffed hours, which vary during the week.
  2. Medical Needs: Members with medical conditions requiring staff assistance should stay informed of staffed hours by contacting the team directly.
  3. Safety Responsibility: Members are expected to use the facilities safely and responsibly. Safety is a shared responsibility, and members are liable for their own risks.

Emergency Situations Overview:

  1. Fire Evacuation: Familiarize yourself with the fire evacuation plan posted at the club’s entrance. In case of a fire, heed the fire alarm, stop using the facilities immediately, and exit the building through the nearest exit.

  3. Other Emergencies: For other urgent situations needing immediate assistance, contact club staff. During unstaffed hours, call 000 or use a duress point for help.
