XtraClubs comes to Sydney in March 2024, and we’re launching with great ambition.
We’re here to shake up the wellness scene, as before now, bath houses have not been operating under business models in which they can give Sydneysiders’ affordable access to wellness facilities.
XtraClubs Puts the Community Above Anything Else
Today, you’ll find many bath house Sydney businesses charging upwards of $60 for a 60 minute session of sauna or ice bath. When summed annually, this is significantly more than what most Australians spend on high-priority health services, including oral health and dental care(1).

When we say we’re community-focused, we’re not asking XtraClubs members to share BYO inflatable ice baths amongst one another. Instead, we provide six premium ice baths with temperature-adjustable controls, which enable you and five buddies to commit to a cold plunge together – and at your own comfort levels.
Likewise, our Bondi Junction location will be home to the largest Finnish sauna in Australia. We’re so excited by this, not because it is a boastful title in the bath house Sydney market, but rather for the reason that our sauna is a way our members can easily connect in a large and comfortable format.

We’ve made the reservation of facilities a straightforward process via a menu on the XtraClubs app.
Facilities are clinically cleaned at the end of each day, and spot cleaned throughout the day.
Membership to All XtraClubs Locations
Much like a membership to the major gym chains, an XtraClubs membership allows our community anytime visitation to our wellness centres.
As of early 2024, only the Bondi Junction location has its doors open. However, in a few short years, the value of your affordable membership will increase as more sites are established across Sydney.
Unlike most Australian gym chains, however, XtraClubs won’t force you to save space in your wallet or purse for an entry card. All of our sites’ entries are digitally enabled. It just takes one swipe of your phone, and you can immediately access any site.
