Infrared Sauna

Submerging in our cold plunges, set to 3°C for advanced plungers and 14°C for beginners, trigger a massive release of dopamine, providing a natural energy high and mental clarity that lasts for hours.

For those looking inward, our Guided Sauna Sessions offer potent, curated breathwork and heat sequences that respect the silence of the sauna.
