Pricing schedule
This is the Pricing Schedule referred to in Our Member Terms and Conditions. It lists every price, fee and charge that may apply to your Membership, Session Pack or casual visit. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Memberships
Standard Membership Fees at every Club, charged weekly and debited fortnightly. From time to time a Membership may be sold with a promotion at a lower price. The promotional price, and how long it applies, is shown at the time of purchase.

Session packs
Paid once. Unused sessions expire on the Session Pack Expiry Date, counted from the date of purchase.

Fees and charges
Charged to your nominated payment method when they apply, in accordance with the Terms.

| Extended pause | $5 per week | Pausing beyond 28 days in a calendar year. Not charged for a pause on health grounds under clause 11.6. |
| Overstay | $5 | Leaving after your session ends. Waived for your first overstays, and while no more than a quarter of your sessions in the last 3 months ran over. Not charged on Thrive. |
| Missed session | $5 | Not attending a reserved session. Your first three are waived. Not charged on Thrive. |
| Tailgating Fee | $99 | Letting someone who is not eligible into a Club, including following you in, or letting them use your access. |
| Trespass Fee | Up to $1,000 | Not leaving a Club before its Closing Time, at Our discretion. |
| Towel rental | $4.99 | Each towel taken from a Club towel cabinet without the Towel Service. |
| Early break | $100 | If We agree, at Our discretion, to end a 12-month Membership early on 12 weeks' notice. Charged in addition to those 12 weeks of Membership Fees. |
| Annual cancellation | Remaining term | Cancelling an Annual Membership before its Initial Annual Term ends: the Membership Fees for the rest of that term. After it, an Annual Membership ends immediately. |
| Notice period | 28 days | Cancelling any other Membership after its Minimum Term: Membership Fees continue through the Standard Notice Period. Fees already paid or incurred are not refunded. |
| Debt collection | 20% of the debt | Overdue amounts referred to Our debt collection agency. |
How billing works
- For Annual Memberships, the first four weeks of Membership Fees are paid upfront, followed by fortnightly payments
- Membership Fees will not change during the Minimum Term. We will notify you at least 28 days before any increase
- A Membership sold with a promotion renews at the price specified at the time of sale, or as notified to you at least 28 days before the renewal date
- We can deduct any Fees you owe from a refund We may be liable to give you
