What we’re building at Canberra
Finnish Sauna
90°C · 2 Saunas · 1 Silent SaunaTwo Finnish saunas at 90°C rather than one — the larger Quiet Sauna, and the smaller Silent Sauna for anyone who would rather sweat without the conversation. Both are equipped with automatic water spray and air circulation, holding the heat and humidity steady.
Ice Baths
6 baths · 3 at each temperatureSix ice baths, three at each of our two temperature settings from 3°C to 14°C, so there is a bath free at the temperature you came for. Our ice bath system is fully compliant to ACT Health Standards – the water is cleaned, filtered, sanitised and monitored continuously.
Infrared Sauna
70°C · 4 SaunasOur infrared saunas are custom-built to our own specification, tuned to hold 70°C of full-spectrum light at the temperature and comfort we want it — a sauna you will not find anywhere else, because it was made for us.
Steam Room
45°CSpacious and beautifully designed, our steam room is a haven of warmth and cleansing, deeply rooted in age-old wellness traditions.

Before we officially open, we’re opening the doors so you can enjoy a 90 minute session on us, absolutely free.

When does Canberra open?
November 2026. Founding members get early access the week before we open.
Are the facilities mixed gender?
Yes. The sauna, ice baths and steam room are communal and mixed gender.
Swimwear is required. Our change rooms are private and spacious.
What if I have never done this before?
Most of our members hadn’t before joining.
Our team is always ready to help with tips, advice and support to get you started on your first visit.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time in the members app.
A rolling membership needs 28 days notice, and you keep full access for all of it.
An annual membership runs a 12-month term in exchange for the lower rate.
