Bathe in deep warmth. Infrared light works beneath the skin to restore, relax, and recharge your entire body.

Full-spectrum infrared light
Harness near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths — each targeting unique layers for detoxification, recovery, and cellular health.

Heat that heals
Penetrates deep to warm you from the inside out, without the intensity of traditional sauna temperatures.

Let the light work deeper. Reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and restore balance in a cabin built to our own specification.

Bask in radiant light that warms you from within, easing tension, restoring energy, and inviting a deeper state of calm.

Built to our own specification
Nothing off the shelf. The Saunas were made for us — panel layout, bench height and running temperature all specified so the heat lands where you are sitting.

Healing at the molecular level
Infrared waves vibrate water molecules, generating gentle heat that boosts circulation, supports detoxification, and aids recovery.

How the heat works
Infrared heats your body through light that interacts with the water molecules in you, rather than heating the air around you. Set to 70°C, it feels gentler than a traditional sauna and still produces a deep, cleansing sweat — it may just take a few minutes longer to start.
Near, mid and far wavelengths each reach a different depth, which is why the Saunas run all three rather than one.
Finding a cabin
There are three to four infrared saunas at every club, so you can always find a spot. There is no need to book them separately — book a session and move freely between facilities while you are here.
What the research says
These are the topics research has examined, and how much weight each one can bear. Every finding is an association rather than proof, and the papers behind them are published in full.
- Established evidence
Muscle recovery
Cold water immersion after hard training is associated with better recovery of muscular power in the following 24 hours.
- Established evidence
Heart health and circulation
The strongest evidence for regular sauna use sits here — large prospective cohort studies link frequent sauna bathing to lower cardiovascular mortality.
- Emerging evidence
Stress and headaches
Regular sauna use is associated with significant relief from chronic tension-type headache, and is widely used as a way to wind down.
Infrared Sauna frequently asked questions
How is it different to a Finnish sauna?
Infrared warms your body directly rather than heating the air, so it feels gentler at the same benefit.
How many people fit?
The Saunas are built for two to four.
Is it included?
Yes. Every session includes the infrared sauna alongside the Finnish sauna, ice baths and steam room.
How long should I stay in?
Twenty to thirty minutes is common, as the heat is less intense than the Finnish sauna.
Is there anyone who should take care?
Heat and cold both put load on the heart and the circulation. That is most of the point of them, and it is also why some people should check before they start.
- Speak to your doctor first if you are pregnant, if you have a heart condition, if your blood pressure runs high or low, or if you take medication for it
- Do not use the sauna, steam room or ice baths after drinking alcohol
- Stop and get out if you feel dizzy, faint, unwell or simply unsure — heat and cold place real physical stress on the body and there is nothing to be gained by pushing through
- Cool down gradually rather than all at once, and drink water between rounds
- Our clubs run unstaffed for part of the week. If you have a condition that could mean you need someone on site, contact the team and ask when the club you use is staffed
- You must be 18 or over to use the clubs
None of this is medical advice and our staff are not qualified to give any. If you are unsure whether heat or cold is right for you, ask your GP before your first session.
