Born in Bondi. Built for the walk home from Green Square Station.

Our second club, and the easiest of them to reach without a car — Green Square Station is 100 metres from the door.

We’re on Zetland Avenue in the Green Square Town Centre, where Alexandria, Zetland and Waterloo meet.

We are open 6am to 11pm, every day of the year.

With 2 temperature settings from 3°C to 14°C, find your comfort and advance in contrast therapy. Our Ice Bath system is fully compliant to NSW Health Standards – the water is cleaned, filtered, sanitised and monitored continuously.

Our infrared saunas are custom-built to our own specification, tuned to hold 70°C of full-spectrum light at the temperature and comfort we want it — a sauna you will not find anywhere else, because it was made for us.

Traditional Finnish Sauna

Experience Australia's leading Finnish Saunas, honouring Finnish design and rich sauna heritage. Equipped with automatic water spray and air circulation, it ensures consistent heat and perfect humidity levels.

Ice Baths

Custom-built ice baths, tailored for full body immersion. With 2 temperature settings from 3°C to 14°C, find your comfort and advance in contrast therapy, enhancing your wellness journey.

Infrared Sauna

Numerous infrared saunas, each hosting 3-4 guests, custom-built to our own specification for the right temperature and comfort. You will not find this cabin anywhere else — it was made for us — and it delivers the skin-rejuvenating benefits of full-spectrum infrared light therapy.

Steam Room

Our expansive steam rooms offer ample space for all. Inspired by Turkish Hamam principles, it's a haven of warmth and cleansing, deeply rooted in age-old wellness traditions.

What times are off-peak?

All hours within our opening hours that are not peak are “off-peak”.

Our opening hours, for all clubs, are 6am - 11pm, Monday - Sunday.

Can I visit during peak hours?

Yes, your membership may include a number of peak-hour visits, which reset every Monday.

If you run out during a week period, you can add a one-off peak visit through our app. Prices vary depending on your membership tier.

How far in advance can I book?

Bookings can be made in advance based on membership tier:

New sessions are released daily at 6pm.

Non-attendance fee

If you fail to attend your session without withdrawing more than 3 times you will be subject to a non-attendance fee depending on your membership tier:

Cancellation policy

You can cancel at any time using our members app.

We require 28 days notice for cancellation.

Depending on when your last payment was, you will be required to pay the pro-rata amount to cover the full 28 days.

You will continue having access to the club(s) for the full 28 days.

How do I bring a friend?

To access your discounted friend sessions, you must book a session for your friend.

To book for your friend, log into the app or our website with the account linked to your active membership.

In the app press “Bring Friend”. Add the number of guests you’d like to bring and follow the prompts.

At checkout you will see the discounted rate for your friends sessions.

How much does it cost to bring a friend?

Casual sessions usually cost $39 per session.

As a member you get exclusive access to discounted friends sessions.

Friends sessions have varying cost depending on membership tier:

  • Flow: $32.95 per friend
  • Essentials: $24.95 per friend
  • Elevate: $19 per friend
  • Thrive: 1 free friend session per month, $19 for any additional friends in a month.

This was my first time at xtra club so a first experience for me. I loved every bit of the experience , hard to say my favorite but going from sauna to ice bath topped it.
