You can cancel your session up to 30 minutes before the start time. If you arrive early or late, you may shift your session by one time slot (30 minutes), subject to availability.

Yes! Elevate and Thrive memberships will allow access to all locations. Essentials memberships are for one club only. If you would like to transfer your Essentials membership from one club to another please contact us.

All weekly memberships include unlimited off-peak sessions as well as at least 1 peak session.

Peak hours are as follows:

• Monday – Friday: 4pm – 9pm
• Saturday: 9am – 6pm
• Sunday: 12pm – 8pm

When you arrive, open the app and press the “Start Session” button. Please note that you can only start your session during your designated 30-minute reservation start time.

We recommend starting with the sauna, followed by an ice bath, and finishing in the steam room, but encourage members to find what works best for them.

No, although we recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated, we also have a drinks fridge for beverage purchases and water fountains available in the club.

Yes, appropriate swimwear is mandatory, as well as a towel; we provide towel rentals if needed.

We recommend leaving valuables at home, but lockers are available on-site if required.
