Finnish Saunas
2 Saunas · 1 Silent & 1 Quiet · 90°CStep into 90°C of enveloping heat and feel everything slow down. Let the warmth settle into your skin, your breathing deepen and the outside world fade away. Automatic water spray and air circulation keep the heat and humidity balanced, so you can simply settle in and enjoy the stillness.
Ice Baths
6 Ice Baths · 3–5°C or 12–14°CA moment to breathe, reset and come back to yourself. Choose your level of cold, from 3–5°C to 12–14°C. Take a deep breath, settle in and step out feeling refreshed and re-energised.
Infrared Saunas
3 Saunas · 70°CSettle in and let the warmth do the work. Custom-built to our own specification at 70°C, with full-spectrum infrared light — a slower, softer heat than the Finnish sauna.
Steam Room
45°CStep into 45°C of warm, relaxing steam and take a moment to slow down. Infused with natural essential oils, it’s a calming space to switch off, reset and leave feeling refreshed.
Your first session, start to finish

- Change & Lock UpPrivate, spacious changing rooms and luxurious showers. Take your time getting ready, and we encourage you to leave your phone in your locker so you can fully switch off.

Shared doesn’t mean compromised
The water is the part people ask about, so it is the part with the most machinery behind it.
- Cleaned on a continuous cycle
- The ice bath water is filtered and sanitised without stopping, and the system doses itself to hold the chemistry inside the NSW Health standard.

- We monitor, test and clean by hand through the day.

- Cleaned on a rolling basis while we are open, not once before we unlock.

- Both Finnish saunas run automatic water spray and air circulation, so the heat and the humidity do not drift through the day.

The club features great transit access, being a short walk from the nearby ferry, light rail, and train networks.

When does Parramatta open?
October 2026. Founding members get early access the week before we open.
Are the facilities mixed gender?
Yes. The sauna, ice baths and steam room are communal and mixed gender.
Swimwear is required. Our change rooms are private and spacious.
What if I have never done this before?
Most of our members hadn’t before joining.
Our team is always ready to help with tips, advice and support to get you started on your first visit.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time in the members app.
A rolling membership needs 28 days notice, and you keep full access for all of it.
An annual membership runs a 12-month term in exchange for the lower rate.
What are the opening hours?

How cold are your baths?
We have baths at two settings, 3–5°C and 12–14°C.
How are the baths cleaned?
Our water is moved through our filtration and sanitation system constantly. We maintain our pool chemistry in compliance with Health NSW regulatory requirements.
Are the baths shared?
Our baths can fit up to 2 people so you can go solo or with a friend!
Do I need swimmers or a towel?
Yes, appropriate swimwear is mandatory, as is towel use throughout the clubs. We offer convenient towel rentals if you need one.
Is there staff at the Club to assist me?
Yes, our club is staffed most of the time.
Can I book a session for friends?
Yes, we allow group bookings for up to 16 people. See group bookings for how it works.
Is there parking?
Yes. Our Parramatta club is located on Charles Street, within the Home Parramatta precinct.
There is convenient parking nearby, including a parking station on Hassall Street with affordable rates, just a 400m walk from our front door.
If you’d rather not drive, the club is also a short walk from Parramatta ferry wharf, the light rail and Parramatta Station.
