XtraClubs Wellness Retreat Survey Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Xtra Wellness Pty Ltd (ACN 667 066 659) trading as XtraClubs (“XtraClubs”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

2. Competition Type

This promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

3. Promotional Period

The competition opens at 12:00am AEST on 3 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 17 June 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be considered.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who:

a) are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry;

b) are residents of Australia;

c) have made a purchase from XtraClubs within the six (6) months immediately preceding the date these Terms and Conditions were published; and

d) complete the survey during the Promotional Period.

The following persons are not eligible to enter:

  • Directors, officers, employees and contractors of XtraClubs;
  • Immediate family members of any director, officer, employee or contractor of XtraClubs; and
  • Any person involved in the administration or judging of the competition.

Immediate family includes spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling or grandparent.

5. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must:

a) complete the XtraClubs Wellness Retreat Survey during the Promotional Period; and

b) answer the following question:

“Imagine you’re creating the perfect XtraClubs retreat. What’s one experience, activity, or moment that absolutely must be included, and why?”

Only one entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise approved by XtraClubs.

Incomplete, illegible, misleading or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid.

6. Judging Criteria

This is a game of skill.

Entries will be judged by the founders of XtraClubs based on:

  • Creativity (40%)
  • Originality (30%)
  • Relevance to the proposed XtraClubs Wellness Retreat concept (30%)

The entry that, in the opinion of the judging panel, best satisfies the judging criteria will be selected as the winner.

The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Prize

There will be one (1) winner.

The winner will receive:

One (1) complimentary ticket to attend an XtraClubs Wellness Retreat conducted by XtraClubs.

The prize:

  • Is not transferable;
  • Is not redeemable for cash;
  • Cannot be exchanged for another product or service;
  • Must be used by the winner personally.

The estimated value of the prize is currently unknown and will depend on the final retreat format, location, duration and inclusions determined by XtraClubs.

8. Retreat Subject to Launch

Entrants acknowledge and agree that the XtraClubs Wellness Retreat is currently under consideration and has not yet been confirmed.

The prize only becomes redeemable if XtraClubs proceeds with launching an XtraClubs Wellness Retreat.

If XtraClubs decides not to proceed with a retreat, no prize will be awarded and no compensation, cash payment, substitute prize or alternative benefit will be provided.

By entering, entrants expressly acknowledge and accept this condition.

9. Prize Redemption Period

If XtraClubs launches a retreat, the winner may redeem their complimentary retreat ticket for any eligible XtraClubs Wellness Retreat offered within twelve (12) months of the winner being notified.

Unused prize entitlements expire at the end of the twelve-month period.

10. Winner Selection and Notification

Judging will occur on or around 1 July 2026.

The winner will be notified via email and/or telephone on or before 7 July 2026 using the contact details provided with their survey submission.

The winner must respond and accept the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification.

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, XtraClubs reserves the right to select the next highest-ranked eligible entry.

10A. Prize Revocation

XtraClubs reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw, cancel or refuse redemption of the prize at any time before the retreat commences if:

a) the winner is found to have breached these Terms and Conditions;

b) the winner engages in conduct that, in the reasonable opinion of XtraClubs, is unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, violent, unsafe, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate;

c) the winner’s conduct has caused, or is reasonably likely to cause, reputational harm to XtraClubs, its directors, employees, contractors, members, partners or guests;

d) the winner is subject to a ban, suspension, membership termination or other restriction imposed by XtraClubs; or

e) XtraClubs reasonably believes the winner’s attendance may create a risk to the safety, wellbeing, enjoyment or comfort of other attendees.

In such circumstances, XtraClubs may cancel the prize without compensation and may, at its discretion, award the prize to another eligible entrant.

The Promoter’s decision under this clause is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Changes to Retreat Details

The winner acknowledges that XtraClubs may alter, postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify or adjust any aspect of the retreat including:

  • Dates;
  • Locations;
  • Accommodation;
  • Activities;
  • Inclusions;
  • Itinerary;
  • Duration; and
  • Event format.

Such changes will not invalidate the prize.

12. Marketing and Research Consent

By entering, entrants consent to:

a) XtraClubs collecting and using their survey responses for research, product development and business planning purposes;

b) receiving marketing communications from XtraClubs by email, SMS, telephone and other permitted channels; and

c) XtraClubs using de-identified survey responses for marketing, promotional and business purposes.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time in accordance with applicable laws.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with XtraClubs’ Privacy Policy.

Information may be used for administering the competition, contacting entrants, marketing communications, business planning and other purposes reasonably connected with XtraClubs’ operations.

14. Disqualification

XtraClubs reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who:

  • Breaches these Terms and Conditions;
  • Provides misleading information;
  • Engages in fraudulent, dishonest or unfair conduct;
  • Manipulates the entry process; or
  • Attempts to gain an unfair advantage.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XtraClubs excludes all liability for any loss, damage, injury, expense or claim arising out of or in connection with:

  • The promotion;
  • Participation in the competition;
  • Acceptance or use of the prize;
  • Any postponement, cancellation or modification of the retreat; or
  • Any technical, administrative or communication issues affecting entry.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

16. Cancellation or Modification

XtraClubs reserves the right to amend, suspend, terminate or cancel this promotion at any time where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control or to protect the integrity of the promotion.

Any such decision will be published on the XtraClubs website.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
