XtraClubs Blue Light Card Offer Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to Blue Light Card offers made available by Xtra Wellness Pty Ltd trading as XtraClubs (XtraClubs) to eligible Blue Light Card members.
By using a Blue Light Card promotional code or redeeming a Blue Light Card offer with XtraClubs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in addition to XtraClubs' standard terms, membership terms, booking conditions and applicable policies.
1. Eligibility
The Blue Light Card offer is available only to individuals who hold a current and valid Blue Light Card membership at the time the offer is redeemed.
The offer is:
- personal to the eligible Blue Light Card member;
- non-transferable;
- not available for use by family members, friends, colleagues or any other person; and
- limited to the eligible member's own XtraClubs account and purchases for their own use.
The name on the XtraClubs account must match the name of the eligible Blue Light Card member.
Each eligible Blue Light Card member may maintain only one XtraClubs account for the purpose of accessing these offers.
XtraClubs may require evidence of a current and valid Blue Light Card membership at any time before or after redemption.
2. Available Offers
Eligible Blue Light Card members may access the following offers, subject to these Terms.
A. $29 Casual Sessions
Eligible Blue Light Card members may purchase casual XtraClubs sessions for $29 per session.
There is no limit on the number of $29 casual sessions an eligible member may purchase for their own use while the offer remains available.
The discounted price applies only to the eligible Blue Light Card member's own session.
If the member attends with a family member, friend or other guest, that person's session must be purchased separately at the normal applicable price.
Discounted sessions are non-transferable and cannot be purchased on behalf of another person.
B. First Week Free – Memberships at Open Clubs
Eligible Blue Light Card members signing up to an eligible XtraClubs membership at an open XtraClubs location will receive their first week free.
This offer:
- applies to eligible XtraClubs memberships;
- is available to new or reactivated members who have not held an active XtraClubs membership at any time during the six months before redeeming the offer; and
- may only be redeemed once by an eligible Blue Light Card member.
This offer is not a free trial.
The member is signing up to an ongoing XtraClubs membership subject to a minimum initial term of 28 days and XtraClubs' ordinary membership terms.
The free first week is a promotional benefit applied to that membership and does not remove or reduce the member's minimum membership commitment.
C. $19 Off Founding Membership First Payment
At XtraClubs locations that are coming soon and offering Founding Memberships, eligible Blue Light Card members may receive $19 off their first Founding Membership payment.
This offer:
- applies to eligible Founding Memberships other than Flow;
- applies to the first payment only;
- may only be redeemed once by an eligible Blue Light Card member; and
- is available subject to the applicable Founding Membership remaining available.
The six-month inactive-membership requirement applying to the First Week Free offer does not apply to this Founding Membership offer.
A member receiving the $19 Founding Membership discount does not also receive the First Week Free Blue Light Card offer.
3. One Membership Offer Per Member
Each eligible Blue Light Card member may redeem a Blue Light Card membership acquisition offer once only.
Depending on the location and membership being purchased, this will be either:
- First Week Free at an open XtraClubs location; or
- $19 off the first payment for an eligible Founding Membership at a coming-soon location.
The offers cannot both be claimed by the same member.
This restriction does not prevent an eligible Blue Light Card member from continuing to use the $29 Casual Session offer.
4. Coupon Codes Are Personal and Must Not Be Shared
Blue Light Card promotional codes are provided exclusively for use by eligible Blue Light Card members.
Codes must not be:
- provided to family members, friends, colleagues or other people;
- posted publicly;
- published or distributed on social media;
- uploaded to coupon, discount or deal websites;
- shared through forums, online groups or group chats; or
- otherwise distributed to people who are not independently eligible for the offer.
Possession of a coupon code does not establish eligibility for the offer.
5. Verification
XtraClubs may verify a person's Blue Light Card eligibility at any time.
This may include requiring the customer to present or otherwise verify their current Blue Light Card membership and confirming that their details correspond with their XtraClubs account.
If the name on the XtraClubs account does not match the eligible Blue Light Card member, the offer may be refused or invalidated.
6. Misuse and Ineligible Redemptions
XtraClubs may refuse, suspend, cancel or invalidate an offer where it reasonably believes there has been:
- coupon sharing;
- use by an ineligible person;
- duplicate or multiple XtraClubs accounts;
- false or misleading eligibility information;
- attempted manipulation of the offer;
- fraudulent activity; or
- other misuse or abuse of the promotion.
Where an offer has been redeemed by an ineligible person or in breach of these Terms, XtraClubs may, to the extent permitted by law:
- remove or reverse the discount;
- cancel an affected booking or membership; and/or
- charge or recover the difference between the discounted amount and the normal applicable price.
7. Combining Discounts
A Blue Light Card offer may be applied to an otherwise eligible XtraClubs promotional or sale price, including applicable Founding Membership pricing.
However, a Blue Light Card promotional code cannot be combined with another coupon code unless XtraClubs expressly states otherwise.
8. Bookings, Cancellations and Refunds
All casual sessions remain subject to XtraClubs' ordinary booking, cancellation, no-show and venue rules.
Blue Light Card discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by XtraClubs' applicable Refund Policy and booking terms.
Where an eligible casual session is cancelled at least 30 minutes before the session in accordance with XtraClubs' applicable cancellation policy, any applicable booking credit will be returned to the member's XtraClubs account rather than refunded as cash.
9. Membership Terms
All memberships purchased using a Blue Light Card offer remain subject to XtraClubs' ordinary membership terms and conditions, including applicable:
- minimum terms;
- recurring billing;
- membership payments;
- cancellation requirements;
- booking rules;
- membership usage rules; and
- club rules.
Except for the specific Blue Light Card benefit expressly described in these Terms, the offer does not otherwise alter the terms of the membership.
10. Availability
All Blue Light Card offers are subject to availability.
The offer does not guarantee:
- availability at every XtraClubs location;
- availability of a particular membership;
- continued availability of a Founding Membership;
- availability of a particular casual session, date or time; or
- access where a club or session has reached capacity.
11. Changes to the Offer
The Blue Light Card offers are provided as part of XtraClubs' arrangement with Blue Light Card.
XtraClubs may vary, suspend, replace or withdraw an offer where permitted under that arrangement, including changing participating locations, eligible products or redemption processes.
Any change will not affect rights that a customer has already acquired and which cannot lawfully be varied or excluded.
12. Blue Light Card and XtraClubs
Blue Light Card provides eligible members with access to the Blue Light Card discount program.
XtraClubs supplies the XtraClubs memberships, casual sessions and club services.
Questions or issues relating to an XtraClubs booking, membership, payment, cancellation or club experience should therefore be directed to XtraClubs.
Questions relating to Blue Light Card membership, Blue Light Card eligibility or a Blue Light Card account should be directed to Blue Light Card.
13. General
These promotional Terms operate together with XtraClubs' standard Terms & Conditions, Membership Terms, Refund Policy and other applicable policies.
If there is an inconsistency concerning the specific eligibility or benefit provided under the Blue Light Card promotion, these promotional Terms apply to that aspect of the promotion.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
