We are excited to announce that XtraClubs Manly is now open at 32 The Corso. Only a short walk from the ferry and the surf, we have built a sanctuary dedicated to recovery, social connection, and longevity.

However, access to high quality recovery tools like traditional Finnish saunas and medical grade ice baths has often been restricted to elite athletes or expensive boutique studios.

- Traditional Finnish Sauna: Our large Finnish sauna is the centrepiece of the club. Keeping with European traditions, it features tiered seating and automated air circulation to maintain a consistent 90°C heat.
- Four Infrared Saunas: If you prefer a deep tissue heat that is a bit more gentle, our custom infrared saunas operate at 70°C. They are perfect for improving skin health and relaxing the nervous system.
- Six Custom Ice Baths: We take cold plunges seriously. Our ice baths are fully sanitised and kept between 3°C and 12°C, allowing you to choose your own level of cold exposure to help reduce inflammation.
- Large Steam Room: Experience the benefits of humidity in our steam room, which sits at roughly 45°C. It is the perfect way to clear your skin and your mind.
- Modern Amenities: We provide private change rooms and showers, and the entire club is accessed via the XtraClubs app for a completely seamless experience.
