Located right on the main pedestrian strip, our new club is perfectly positioned for your daily routine. Whether you are heading home after a morning session in the surf or looking to decompress before catching the ferry, we provide a premium space to reset.
Our club design highlights the natural beauty of Manly, featuring travertine flooring and plenty of natural light. It is a boutique environment that feels high end while remaining a place where you can feel comfortable dropping in straight from the beach or the gym.

- Four Custom Infrared Saunas: If you prefer a lower temperature with deep tissue benefits, our infrared saunas operate at 70°C. These are great for skin health and calming the nervous system.
- Six Professional Ice Baths: We offer a dedicated cold plunge area with water kept between 3°C and 12°C. Every bath is continuously filtered and sanitised to ensure the highest hygiene standards.
